Regions Bank in Foley, AL

The drive thru only is open on saturday , and they wont even cash their own customers checks thru the drive thru window if the receiver/(person cashing checks) , uhh isnt that kinda how check cashing and writing works , THE PERSON THAT WRITES THE CHECK OWES SOMEONE , THEREFORE, THE BANK THE CHECK IS WRITTEN ON OWES THAT SAME PERSON ,REGARDLESS OF THEM being their customer , what if i was looking for a great bank to put my vast fortune in but wanted my bank to pay my debts thru their local branch on saturdays , Also what if im looking for a bank as a potential customer , and I am trying to cash a check written to me by someone that is already a customer of regions and I try to cash the check this customer has written to me , and I am in serious , desperate need of the cash on that day , which is saturday , before 12:00pm , and your open , but deny- said potential customer of cashing -said check written by the - said existing regions customer , because that potential customer isnt a customer already , its un professional , and horrible business practice!

Crooked banking practices guaranteed to keep your account overdrawn. Staff is inadequate and not very knowledgeable. The #1 mantra seems to be "I dunno, the home office must have done it" followed by #2 "I'm sorry I can't help you"

Shoooot, they got the nicest employees inside I've ever met, like they're super nice people

To begin with the customer service is always bad, the ladies that work there are really rude and snobby and the atm is always glitching and never works. I'm going to switch banks it's getting ridiculous, I was there yesterday at 4:30 they were closing and both ATMs were out of order and the ladies were all watching people outside getting frustrated and didn't even care to help at all.

It sucks. Yes, they deserve this.
