There was no experience. The lady at the desk never even got my name before being negative about a loan. I told her someone down the road will want my business more. I'm surprised, from someone that has worked in this industry, Alabama Title Loans used to be better and had great customer service. I inquired about rates. She told me her DM was really strict... Never gave me a rate. I asked about 15% on a thousand... The lady obviously wanted me to go elsewhere so she could get back to her phone.
