Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union in Daleville, AL

Not the service it used to be. I've had accounts and a credit card through this bank for more than a decade, long after moving out of the area. Despite the inconvenience of living out of state, AACFCU's staff was always very helpful and accommodating - but lately something has changed. In the past year they've been increasingly less helpful, and it's forced me to close my accounts with them and move on. When I did request to close the account, a technicality after the fact overdrew my account a few days after making the request. The staff was unwilling to look into the issue and admit fault for it happening, I guess they really wanted to hang onto another $28 of mine as my "going away" gift. Thanks AACFCU, I guess I'm going to close my credit card account as well. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, unless they are permanent residents of Daleville, AL. If you're military, it will cost you less hassle and fees in the end to stick with USAA when you move on from Ft. Rucker.
