Hello. Someone from your office called me today to verify employment for someone and they were impatient and rude. In fact, I let your representative know this by asking where she was calling from, to which she replied, 'I told you earlier I work at Movement Mortgage' (which is such a polite way to answer a question) and I said frankly you are being rude to me. She said she was just 'assertive' but there is a big difference between being impatient/rude and being assertive. Please address with your representatives how to be more professional and polite, or at the very least, not rude to the people they are requesting information from. She called around 10:40 am today. I know working in any type of customer service position is hard and I do not expect people to be rays of sunshine, but I do expect them to not be overtly unkind. I tried to send this information to you in an email, but this feature of your website is not working. Thank you for addressing this manner.
