These Guys are just normal, straight talking, people. If that is rude GROW UP! No they will not sweet talk you, accept any, stupid offer, you give. They do this for a living. This is how they pay their bills. Yep, I'll bet they get tired of people making offers to buy or sell that they know would cause the to loose their @@@. But that does not make them an @@@. No this Pawn Shop is not a show room. Think of putting a five bedroom four bath house worth's of household good into a two bedroom trailer and you've got it! So do they if you can find it. Tools they may have ten of each kid, golf club and cameras the same. Boats, motors even Kayaks out back. Big Orange Pawn Shop and the people who work there may not be as polished as you would like but their all right by me.

Really bad customer service. I got the "not polished" vibe, but there's a difference when you all out don't feel "welcomed" in the store. And yes, it is very "packed" in there as well.

Very nice people. It's a pawn shop, don't expect a chain store experience. I've bought several things there over the last 15 years and have always been treated right. Hidden gems everywhere

Was just In there and this guy was a complete jerk. I asked him where his Super Nintendo games were and he said over in corner. He came over there and asked me was I looking for anything in particular. I said "no just looking" he stood there and just watched for like 5 mins. And then finally walked away. Found 3 games that were actually cheaper online. I wanted the games so I could play them. So I went ahead and bought them. Took to counter and asked him to give me a bundle deal. He said that's already a deal. A small confrontation. Very aggravating. Games were in horrible shape and he said he would have charged more if they were in better shape. Won't be back!!!!! Good luck big orange pawn!!!
