Very rude on the phone no manners.

I have worked with some very unfriendly people before but they take the cake. Have you ever seen a loan company that tries not to loan money? Well just check out their operation. The first time I tried them I didn't have the right type of bank account so I had to go to my bank to open a new account. Then when I returned I was told that was not needed and I had been misinformed. Then because I didn't have the correct spelling of my landlords name I had to wait another couple days. Once they contacted my landlord he told them I was late on this months rent and the woman hurried up and closed my case. She didn't even care that my rent was due the day before. I mean why would I come to a loan company if all my money matters where correct. During this whole experience the clerks where very unpleasant. As I said before they seemed happy when they finally found something wrong. Will not attempt to do business with these people again.

Very rude! I called and asked a few questions about loans. As soon as I said I didn't want to come fill out an application, the heffa hung up on me.

Worst people I have ever dealt with they are not professional at all. Rude as hell on the phone!!! I would suggest never doing business with this place!! They don't even deserve 1 star
