Definitely the worst client service I have ever experienced. If you are buying your first home do yourself a favor and work with someone else. Even if you have done this before, be prepared to be spoken to as if you are stupid. Not to mention the wasted time and money in addition to false claims. I am a middle school teacher and have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. The bottom line is, go somewhere else. I wish I could put 0 stars.

My loan was sold to them and now it is UNABLE to be refinanced, I think this a scam company!! Do not get a loan through this company please! My interest rate is ridiculous and unchangeable. Im getting a lawyer to investigate this. This can not be legal or fair.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! No answers to questions, most of the CSR's barely speak English, talk down to you when you do finally get someone on the phone...so much more but isn't this enough?

I have been making my payments on time and my total loan does not go down at all been 3 years and i still owe the same, also im trying to make a payment online and the site has been down for 3 days!

House was in EX-HUSBANDS name on a VA loan and was repo ed from him and his wife 3 YEARS AGO! The VA backed the loan and paid it off! Midland mortgage doesnt even own the loan anymore but for some reason for the past 3 MOS, they have reported on my credit of being 30 days behind all 3 mos! Im trying to move on with my life and I built my score up to almost a 700 to be able to buy my own house for me and my children, but this dropped my credit score down to a 563!!! WTF?!?!
