First Fidelity Bank in Oklahoma City, OK

These guys are fantastic. Chris was a major help as we worked on getting our account set up and getting funding for our business.

I have complained to this bank before about the managers BOGUS bank fees ,and have gotten no responses from their head office...., so i closed my account !!!! Now they have attempted to take money from my wifes account for a make believe "fee" , for a change order to a business when she was needeing $5 bills for stocking stuffers !!!! This branch is crooked as hell , i cannot beleive that the main branch would allow them to do this. They need to be investigated and exposed !!

Very nice place, fantastic people working there, every time I go, they are fast and I have received a great customer service specially Dylan Lodes, he is always extremely helpful and efficient.

We came in needing several documents notarized. They were all very friendly and helpful. We are not clients with this bank. They got our paperwork notarized and witnessed. They made copies of our ID's that we needed to send with the paperwork and the made copies of everything for us. At one point I had to call out Title Company in FL for a question, the employee that was helping us went over to my husband and 5 year old and was talking to the both and being very nice while giving me privacy on the phone. She was wonderful. I believe her name is Roxanna. It was a great experience and they helped us out greatly!!
