ignorant people. Debit cards fees are out the roof and they don't even put safety chips in the card

Mostly all good, web site seems outdated, online payment doesn't always work. All else is fine.

Nothing but problems, if could give zero stars to bring down the average rating any more, I gladly would. Can't use debit card from this bank for ANYTHING, without being terrified that it's going to be flagged for fraud, or suspicious activity, which then causes the card to be locked out. Normally this happens right after they close, which means you can't use it again till they open the next day. Don't have cash on you? Too bad. Sometimes the atm just eats your card. They don't care, you complain about anything, it goes in one ear, out the other. Online purchases are nearly impossible without losing use of your card, they don't seem to even realize that the Internet exists, let alone that you can purchase items on it. Used to be a good bank, have not kept up with the times, or technology. Huge huge hassle.

Visited from out of town and it had the CHEAPEST atm withdrawal fee in the area at $2.50 and can take out $5 increments! So thank you and kudos to you guys there!

I joined this bank because I needed a close to me. I love that the tellers make an effort remember your name. I've only been there to make deposits and withdrawals, but I like their customer service skills.
