I am sitting in this branch right now where I have been waiting to speak with a banker for just under 40 mins. There is one banker working today and he was in the back doing something from the time I walked in at noon until 12:19. Then he came out and took the first of 4 people that were waiting on him. (She signed in before 12pm.) There is no reason to only have one banker and especially during the lunch rush. They definitely get an F in service.

I've been in this drive thru for 30 minutes wtf get it together or hire more help. This is the worst ever and is not the first time.
