GSF, Ruth Watkins was great, she walked us through the process of getting my credit score to par to qualify for a mortgage and finances needed. Other lenders I've dealt with give no guidance at all, you have no clue what is required to get qualified. She was there whenever I had a question or I was frustrated with the paperwork needed to qualify for the mortgage. The whole process was a roller coaster of emotions at times, but well worth it in the end. I would highly recommend her services, she will get you on the right path for success!!!
