Ever since the previous manager left this place is just like most title loan companies. That is, poor customer service, never willing to work with its customers and just hope you're never late by even 5 MINUTES. They will hassle you with calls day and night. After my loan is paid off I'll never do business with them again.

New Manager at this location is horrible, I have never received bad service at this location before. Previous Manager Carlos was very helpful all the time. Now going back to them just wasent as pleasant as before. Wouldnt give us a Title Loan after taking 3 title loans before with them and never been late on a payment. AS BEING LOYAL TO OLD CLIENTS, COMPLETELY NOT TRUE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
