Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC in Irvine, CA

They handled my account for 5 years and through that time they stole money from the escrow account for attorney fees and other titles and cant explain how or why they did it. We are trying to get it back but keep getting the run around while they even raised my escrow amount. I still have to make the payments on time or they will take my home, a losing battle with the worst company i've ever seen.

Front end service staff are very friendly and accessible. There is a bit of a disconnect with the underwriters which I had to keep pushing the process along on my re-fi. Rushmore makes good on their rate locks - no problems there. Setting up of our online account for my loan was not fun!

Having difficulty making my house payment. I work construction and weather effects my capability to work.It is early in the winter months and never have missed this much work. The wettest time of the year is now until mid April. Call Rushmore late on Friday he was very responsive. His name was Chris. Took my information and we talked out my situation. He understood completely. Realizing my history has been great and that I was trying to preventing something before it actually takes place, Being unable to make my house payment. Would of like to have dealt with him but wrong department. He gave me the # I needed. So called and left a message. By this time it was early Friday evening. By 8:14 Monday morning I received a vise mail from Rushmore. Calling them back now. I am hoping Orlando is half proactive as Chris was!

I feel compelled to add an addendum to my review below - I had NOT one call back - not one - for five weeks, and maybe six, from Rushmore. Though I had been assured by "Nicholas" that he would call me back with the answers to my questions, AND he promised me that his supervisor would call me. It was during this time, that because of such HORRIFIC customer service, I decided to take my mortgage elsewhere - not because of the interest rate, but because of the dreadfully poor customer service. It was also then that I posted the below review. Well low and behold hold, the VERY NEXT DAY - five weeks later- ONLY AFTER I posted the review, I got a telephone call from "Nicholas" to ask if I had any questions. Seriously, you HAVE TO WORK HARD to provide such poor service - look at their many, many reviews, and look at their score. Service this bad takes effort, and Rushmore has given it all they've got! And this halfwit , Nicholas, sealed the deal for my leaving! The absolute worst customer service possible. Ill informed and rude staff. Horrifying that they are in business. Beware! After two billing cycles, I have taken my mortgage from this company and gone elsewhere. Multiple phone calls for clarification on several points and each phone call yielded contradictory answers - never the same story twice. No follow thru, no answers and their customer service staff should not be allowed to interact with clients. Requested a supervisor, and got "Nicholas" - clearly a blowhard with a chip on his shoulder, and with very, very little working knowledge about this company. Asked that his supervisor call me - and never did that call come. I found lower rates and knowledgeable, friendly people with another company. who have shown that they value my business. Rushmore, to me, is an absolute joke. A very bad joke.

Rushmore has been incredibly understanding and willing to go the extra mile in their loan management services. Their staff are great to deal with and really care about their clients and find solutions to any issues that are encountered in the course of your mortgage.
