Sweetwater Federal Credit Union in Rock Springs, WY

I was just hung up on from the manager.ting to find out some information. Not much of a family oriented business.

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever heard of. Poor customer service, they can't even pretend to be nice. The workers are rude, slow, and lazy. Can't answer the phone, it's like they just forgot how. I sat in the waiting room for 45 min when I was told it would only be 10 and I listened to the woman who was supposed to help me and another woman who worked there gossiping and talking about going out for drinks. After about 20min I walked up and asked them if they could help me. They literally just glared at me without saying a work till I sat down. Do not go here.

I've been a member for many years. Friendly folks. Always able to work with me on products and services.

Never had a problem, they always help me on the phone and in person. :)
