They are Selling defective tools with knowledge that they dont work. They assured me it would work. I asked to try it out in the store. They said I could not. So I took It home thinking they were trust worthy. What a mistake! After trying to make it work and the tool not working. I called them and they said bring it in. Once in. They asked me if I had a warranty. I replied no. You shouldnt need a warranty for a product that was broken before it was even sold!! The flatly refused to do anything to compensate me. Also the prices on most of the items are outrageous. The employees know very little and honestly dont care. Probably college kids. To sum up. Poor customer service. Poor prices. Ok selection. Poor experience overall. Save yourself the time. Go to Westbrook s annes or walmart

Manager is micromanages and verbally abuses employees, and sits talking loudly on the phone to someone she "is going to f***" rather than help run the store. Don't try selling musical instruments here; the manager has no technical knowledge on the subject and will try to talk you down with regard to aspects of the items she does not understand.

The people are cool and nice

Service has gotten WAY better since they have hired new employees. A year ago I wouldn't have taken a moldy dog turd to them. Now would and will continue to do buisness with them lately i have purchased a couple of items from them that continue to work. Defenetly appreciate the vast improvement in service.

Terrible service I would highly recommend against this place. Terribly rude and didn't even take anything into consideration
