Wells Fargo Bank in Cheyenne, WY

The employees at this bank are nice which is why I've rated Wells Fargo a 2 instead of a 1, but I sincerely recommend staying away from this bank. In general, Wells Fargo has awful service. You can only withdraw $300 a day through atm transactions (protection from those who would steal your card, but highly inconvenient), and they have been known to question unusual activity in your account to the point of freezing your funds and making you go through much hassle to use your own money... Also, they have been charging my fiance a $10 per month fee from his checking account when his account is not supposed to have fees associated with it. Also, each month he somehow has $5 taken from his savings which makes absolutely no sense! He had discussed this with them last month and an employee at this location told him it was taken care of, but the same amount was deducted this month as well... All I can say is that this bank has been stealing $15 a month from my fiance for the past year that he's had the account. If you choose an account with them, anyway, watch out for charges on your account to which you didn't agree, particularly if you get their "free" checking.

This poorest excuse for a bank I have ever seen. If you have any other choices for banking I would go there. Dealing with this bank would make you look forward to taking the mark of the beast! Their customer service is all but non-existent! If I were you I would avoid this bank at all costs.
