These people are criminal. When I got tired of the person being rude after I tried to open one of their free business checking accounts, I just gathered my documents and started to leave. The teller got even more disgusting and rude, then threatened to call the police on me even as I was walking out of the door, done with Pinnacle bank forever. You got some fucked up people working at your bank who shouldn't have jobs. I definitely wouldn't employ any of them and I'm a veteran who owns his own business.

Rude and disrespectful customer service. Too many hidden fees that they don't tell you about, and extremely greedy company. I had 200 in my account...spent 70 of it, then got a call saying my account was 260 over drawn...after that one withdrawl
