the online banking can be weeks out of date, and when you are all over the country and in combat zones with both my wife and i being in the military, it gets awful hard to guess what is or isn’t in the account. when i was with extraco, every transaction was updated in real time. just like the rest of the world. even xbox can figure this out, and xbox isnt holding all of my money. i can forgive some backwoods lack of technical sophistication. But why are the men and women that work there so damn rude. Give it up. You aren’t from jersey or new York, you are from no-where WV. At least you could manage to be nice. if you want to hand over your money every month and be treated like an a$$hole, this is the bank for you.

I got accepted for a cc and that was Nov 2016 I waited 2 months and I didn't get anyway it got suspended and after another 2 months they closed it and I paid for the fees they won't even offer 2 day shipping for free
