BB&T Wealth Management in Morgantown, WV

UNFORTUNATE- This bank only cares about its customers that are wealthy. Many of its service fees are off set if you have a large amount of money coming into the account. Otherwise they charge you for anything! Very inconsistent also. May go through drive thru and be able to cash a check one day and not the next. BB&T is a business for taking as much of your money as they can, not providing a first class service for regular folks.

BB and T stands for Bruised battered and tormented, in case you didn't know. (In some languages, it can be interpreted FEE, FEE and T!) Formerly, it was One Valley in Morgantown, but FEE, FEE and T bought them out or something. I can't even tell you how many bad run-ins we have had with this bank! We switched after about 4 "oh, our teller entered it wrong and now your money is gone, and now we get to charge you!" "thats our policy!" We switched banks and have never looked back!!

This bank gets a 0 star, not only do they wreck your accounts with high fees, they aren't willing to be helpful with transaction issues. Even when it is their fault, they will discredit you. Also, you only have one free waive every 2 years. Enjoy that. And I am sitting here currently at their ATM, the ATM had an error mid transaction and ate all of my money, no reciept, no rent money, no means of contacting because there is no number on the ATM to call for these issues. Also, I've been on hold for over an hour.
