I would have to say that this bank has to be the most opinionated, least professional place to do business. Not only do they think they can dictate who you can do business with, they will treat you like crap if you choose not to use their financing because they refused to give me the money if It's used at a local dealership. Than they tried to convince me that it was a better deal to take their financing instead of taking manufacturer rebate costing me 1500!! When I could refinance in 3 months, get the cheaper rate, AND get the extra incentive. If you have a grudge with another business maybe you should get out of the loan business folks, it's not your place to decide for another person who to do business with! As an Update today at 2:30 12/5/2013 Bill Jarvis, one of the bank managers called me today at my current employer, and threatened me (saying that he was going to sue me) for making this Review. He was very upset... Honestly Bill, this is the reason why I never did business with your bank. There aren't a lot of things that a person can do about customer service Bill except choose to do business elsewhere, and report the bad service... which is what the internet is all about.
