Had a check cashed from a side job I have, from someone I went to high school with. The teller then asked co wokers of they all make a small wadge like me (this was just a check no stub. So no hourly rate is displayed. The check was compensating the 4 hours of work I did) I then reported this to the manager or hr. Don't remember. And they have done nothing that I known of. Now I refuse to walk into the building afraid of more of my personal information becming public .

I have been "banking" with Glacier Hills for several years, both for my personal accounts and for my business and I couldn't be happier. I really feel welcome when I go there. The staff all know me by name and some have even become my customers. I was a little hesitant switching from a bank to a credit union, but they made the transition as smooth as can be, and I know they want me as a member, and don't just want my money.

My first 2 auto loan experiences were great, everything went very smoothly-got the paperwork done quickly got the check to the seller in a timely manner-things were good. So I didn't hesitate to get my latest auto loan through them, I have been handed off to 2 different loan specialists-being told that the previous ones were too busy. Once I was situated with a loan officer I could never get a hold of him. I called repeatedly and left messages and emails for about 2 weeks before I was finally able to sign the papers. I was then told that I would receive a phone call or email letting me know when the check was ready so I could get my vehicle. 1 week and 4 phone calls from me later and I finally went in to the branch and was told that the check had been waiting for me. All I have to say about this experience is thank goodness my vehicle situation wasn't critical. I can't say that I will ever use their services again.

TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING. THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE MESSAGES, THEY DONT EMAIL YOU BACK WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND MOVING TO LANDMARK!
