Marine Credit Union (Wauwatosa) in Wauwatosa, WI

During my experience with banking at this bank, I have encountered nothing but rude irritated tellers that have absolutely no professionalism. I went into the drive-through Lane, because the lobby of this Wauwatosa office is permanently closed comma and was told that I needed to move my car because I was there 2 minutes before they were about to open. I ended up driving around the building, and sure enough there was another car that came in before me, one minute before open time, and they weren't told to leave. When I drove around and decided to close out my account, they told me they couldn't do it through the drive-thru, and that I needed to call a number to make an appointment. So I drove down to the 35th Street location, which the teller at this branch didn't even know where it was when I asked. The teller at the 35th St branch was very nice, but I spoke to her through a screen and phone in the lobby - so why they couldn't close out my account through the drive thru in Tosa is mystery.. I've been a long time proponent of Marine CU, and I'm disappointed that it's turning into the place it's been the last year I've been dealing with them.

A credit union that charges at its ATM. Effed up. Drove way out of the way to go here.

I had a truck loan through Marine Credit Union and everything was fine, that is UNTIL I wanted to make my final payment. $15.00 fee to process the closing of the loan. WTH is that all about? I paid interest on this loan for the duration of it, now they want extra to close it out? As far as I'm concerned this organization should close its doors. The ONLY reason this review gets 1 star is because you can't post without one. BAD BUSINESS

Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give a negative number, I would. I needed to close out my mother's account. Needed to make an appointment since the lobby is locked and they won't let you in. However, also couldn't get them to answer the phone or call me back after I left a message. You would think they would have had everything put together, so when I got there it would be quick. NO. After an hour and 15 minutes, I received a check, which I don't trust as right. She had to redo the numbers twice because I told her they were wrong (and they were). Wouldn't trust my money there.
