Took out a car loan through MCU 2 1/2 years ago. At least 4 different branch managers and several different loan officers since I took out the loan. They don't honor anything the last person told you. Branch is only open while I am at work; no evenings or weekends. Can't make payments online either. Just not a very customer friendly place.

Never in my life has it been so hard to open an account somewhere. Told me to bring in a bill so I did and then they wanted something different. New to the Waupun area and starting a new job and now I have nowhere to deposit a check. Thank you for the headaches

I have been a member for over 20 years and I have always had great service from the different people who are there.

Just a ridiculous hassle to open a simple account with them. The tellers are kind of snobby and have horrible lack of communication. One will tell you one thing, just for another to tell you something different and then treat you like your stupid over it. Wouldn't recommend Marine Credit Union in Waupun to anyone!

Best to be prepared when working with Marine CU staff...Teller lady brought my new checks out to my car once, I was impressed..We all have growing pains..P
