I have been banking at Landmark since 1999. It's fine if you don't need anything fancy or don't have problems that need to be resolved. My debit card was being used fraudulently overseas and a large amount of money was stolen from my account; it took the bank almost 2 weeks to notice before notifying me. I was told I had to fill out a dispute form noting all the unauthorized transactions so I could be reimbursed the money that was stolen and this had to be done at a branch location. I did this the same day and was told by an account manager the money would be back in my account in 2 days. It's been over a week and I still have not been reimbursed. When I stopped in at the bank to inquire what was happening, the teller went to talk to an assistant manager, who couldn't be bothered to come talk to me. I was told I'd have to speak directly to the account manager that took my information. I call, I leave messages and nobody calls me back. Very unhappy with the way this has gone.

Probably one of the worst banks around, they had a multitude of issues with my loans and a ton of issues with my banking account. I'm trying to help my other family member switch banks. Honestly not worth the troubles.

Been with them for 20 years. Would have liked to keep our mortgage with them but very limited condo options.

Awesome place for personal banking. They have great rates and hardly any fees compared to larger banks.

Landmark has been Stellar. Savings auto and credit. All accounts have been handled perfectly for 2.5 years. Polite staff and fast turn around on payments. No Atm fees at their atms that I can see. Bank here, definitely!!
