Absolutely horrible customer service. I sat in line for over 35 minutes to make a simple deposit into my account. If you can help it at all, absolutely avoid this branch. This experience along with many other negative ones with BMO make me wonder why I even have an account with them.

Not impressed with the customer service. Very slow. I wish I could take a picture right now of the 7 employees standing around chatting with each other. Very disrespectful to customers.
