Just TRY to call their number ........... it will put you on hold for TWO Hours ! ! ! ! NO local numbers available. ONLY 800 number with NO ONE answering !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nonsense

Charged me a fee for not signing up for e-statements. Nobody mentioned anything about signing up for e-statements when I opened my account. Now my account in the negative and they charged me 37.00 overdraft fee. I went into branch to try to clear this up and they asked me if I read the fine print in my paperwork that I brought home and told me to call customer service. They couldn't help me face to face? You would think everything would be explained at the time you open your account.

Worst banking experience ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Horrible banking system. Done with them.

Problems every single time I deal with them. 1 person says 1 thing & and another says something completely different. Long hold times on their 1-800 number. Getting into your account is harder than Fort Knox! They must be used to disgruntled customers because they aren't even apologetic. I hate this bank and everything about it. I never have any problems with Chase. I'm closing this account just to never have to deal with them again.
