Short and sweet, they sold me on opening a business account (3) with them and after I did and did not use it they took over 150.00 dollars in fee's in less then a year from my account. Never had accounts that cost me money like this. Beware of thier sales pitch!!!!

I cant believe for an FDIC member bank, they will charge money to break higher denominations if you are not a customer. I tried to get this branch to break a $100 bill and the lady with glasses around 3:00 pm said I would have to pay a fee to break the $100 up. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!! AND SHAME ON ASSOCIATED BANK IF ALL THEIR BRANCHES ARE LIKE THIS!
