I won't return here. The sales guy was a weirdo. He kept talking to my mom and I like were were teenagers, referring to Subaru as "a Sooby". He really creeped me out. We looked at several different models, we liked the Outback. I asked him three times to negotiate price on the Outback, he basically ignored me, so we left. He called me a week later and asked me if we were still interested in "a sooby". I told him if I were, I would not buy it from him.

The Real Deal: They were pleasant to deal with during the car buying process and even threw in all weather mats that were in another vehicle. We've since had the regular service performed on our 2011 Subaru and they've been a professional outfit to work with. Overall, they've been very nice to work with.

They were courteous and polite and their team worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted I will be doing business with them in the future

We didn't purchase a car here, but wish we did. Top notch experience. Can't wait to use the service department for maintenance.

After many years of driving mini vans my wife and I were in the process of looking for a different vehicle. We had no idea what we wanted and in the process visited 5 or 6 different dealerships and drove 12 different vehicles. We were very pleased in working with Andrew. He was patient and very informative and knowledgeable in the two Subaru's we were considering. He followed up with phone calls in a manner I appreciated. In the phone calls as well as in person, he was very polite and I felt he really wanted to help us find the right vehicle for us. Not just to making a sale. When my wife decided she wanted to take a look at a Highlander he informed us he could not help us other than taking us next door to the Toyota dealer which he did and introduced us to Chris. When finalizing a deal on a Highlander with Chris and Sean, Sean informed me that Chris was new at the sales position and had been there for only about three weeks. I told them I could't believe that by the manner in which he worked with us and the knowledge of the vehicles he showed us. I still can't believe that! We give an A+ rating to Andrew. I wish I could give that rating to all of the sales people we dealt with but unfortunately I can't. If I ever know of anyone looking for a Subaru I will definitely send them to Andrew. Dick
