Peoples Bank in Salem, WI

I bank elsewhere and here's why... A while back, I had 2 fraudulent transactions on my account. I went in to talk to Debbie and she says I probably ordered something that had fine print saying they would send me a magic bullet and whatever the other charge was. I assured her I did not! She said they would investigate but I would probably not get my money back! I felt treated like a criminal. I called the two companies myself. Luckily they had not sent product out and clearly seen it was fraud and reversed the charges. Kudos to the two companies but - NO THANKS TO DEBBIE. I also have a business account that practically every time you need to do a business transaction you must call the bank to get it approved on the debit card. HELLO !!!! It's 2015 and business happens everyday! I usually just use another account at a different bank because people's bank wants you to jump through hoops and your money still isn't safe (speaking of the first problem of fraudulent transitions.) Well, today I called and did tricks like a good circus monkey to follow their procedures and DEBBIE still screwed it up! The transaction I needed approved was declined. (Looks very bad for business by the way!) If your looking for a dependable bank. I would wouldn't recommend people's bank.
