You never answer the phone! I called and when someone picked up the phone they hung it up! Terrible service, I'm reporting.

So went in 3 days ago to deposit my black friday shopping money...made the deposit in cash. Verified my deposit and then this morning was checking my account and the deposit disappeared...thats right all my black friday money GONE! Called bank and they said there is no deposit made!!! Really i told them....i have the deposit slip! They tell me well bring it in and we will see if maybe we can figure it out. Could take 3 to 4 days though!!! Guess no black friday shopping and time to find a new bank that i can trust to handle my money!!!

The phone just rings. When a person did answer she instead of saying hold on she sent me to someones voicemail.

Not so sure about this location. I called to ask a quick question.(Do they handle Western Union?) The first time I called, someone picked up the phone, did not answer, and hung up before I could say something. Then I called again and the answering service was on. Been with US Bank since 2009 and always got great service. There may be an issue with this particular branch.

Kudos to this bank and how they were able to help the employees of portions unlimited in Racine who was trying to take back previously paid wages. Great customer service
