U.S. Bank Branch in Pewaukee, WI

Ussually they are nice and helpfull not today. A guy was rude pretencoius and wrong. When I try to explain what I need, (exchange rate to send money) he wasnt lisening and told me to go to another branch because they cantón give me the exchange rate !

Rude staff and complete waste of time your better of driving 15 mins away to a different branch.

This has been the worst customer service I had in years. Today I called the Pewaukee Silvernail location and spoke to "John". He was the rudest banker I have ever spoke to. I had a question regarding overdraft fees even though my account was positive. I just wanted some clarification as to why I was getting overdraft fees if my account is positive???? While speaking with him he kept repeating himself "I don't understand why you are not getting this" Isn't it your job to help customers when they have questions? I have worked in customer service for over 18 years and I would never speak to a customer the way he did. He than proceeded to inform me that he was going to "note" my account stating we spoke about this and was willing to refund an overdraft but this is the only time and I need to pay more attention to my account. My account was positive until overdraft fees kept posting and my account was not even negative! I do have to say I spoke to a very nice lady at the Brookfield mall location and hats off to her for taking her time and explaining/correcting the issue. Never will I call or go to the Silvernail location!!!!

The staff were so extremely rude when I was dealing with trying to have money transferred for a mortgage closing. I was unable to get any help or information and was told to go to another branch if I wanted bankers that "don't follow their rules". The bankers at this branch are the motivation for closing my US Bank accounts, especially the personal banker Amy Wendt.

Laura at the front desk is wonderful and pleasant to work with. Stay away from the Assistant Vice president John at this branch. He is verbally rude and disrespectful. He is less than unhelpful answering questions about My funds at us bank. He will blame other us bank divisions for ineffectiveness while defending his lousy attitude and work. I felt uncomfortable and that I was at fault for asking questions. He comes off as entitled to assert authority over you the puny client. What I can say is after consistent redirection on my part I do believe he did as I asked but have no real proof. My opinion is client satisfaction is low on his priority list - unfortunate as I am a loyal us bank customer now shopping for a new financial institution.
