They tell you what you want to hear to get your business. After they get it, they can't seem to get anything done in a timely matter. We are currently 16 days past our deadline with nowhere to live at the end of the month. This experience has been filled with half truths and flat out lies. They don't return phone calls and have no professionalism whatsoever. Instead, you can go to their office and learn about the president's weekend at the stripclub while he tells an associate about it with the door wide open. We are very disgusted we even started this with them. Never again...

I loved the great customer service that I received with Ryan Merritt. He really took the time to learn what I wanted and provided different options that I had so that I could pick what I wanted rather than being told there is only one option. After talking with Ryan you can tell that the company devotes it's time to focus on making sure the clients understand everything that goes into a mortgage. We closed on time and made sure that I was updated with every step so I knew that my loan was getting done. They were by far the most affordable option I found and saved me money at closing compared to some others that I looked at.

My husband and I just finished the process of purchasing our first home and had an amazing experience with Commonwealth Mortgage Group. We met with Paul to discuss our options. I usually work late and Paul was great by being able to make an appointment for us at 6PM to work around my schedule. When I arrived I was greeted and offered some water. I was a first time home buyer, so needless to say I did not know a lot about the process. Paul took the time to walk us through how the whole process works. He answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and let me know the things that were very important and I should be taking notes on. We came in thinking we wanted to buy a house and we were able to leave knowing all of our options. Paul was amazing with communicating exactly what he needed from me every step of the way. He even understood my busy schedule and kept me up to date via email. Any time I had a question about an email, I could easily get a hold of him at his office. He worked well with my buyer's agent as well and was able to get my loan done over two weeks before closing. We went into the closing feeling prepared because of the communication between us and Paul. He made this a very smooth process that moved along quickly. I am very thankful for our decision to use Paul at Commonwealth for our loan and could not have asked for a better experience!
