U.S. Bank ATM - Oshkosh in Oshkosh, WI

Good ATM. I've had horrible experiences with staff inside during the day,which I complained and nobody ever cared to call me back. But for ATM issues this is good. It's located in a lit area, but if someone was going to try and get you in the middle of the night while you are in your car I'm afraid that could happen. I rarely use this for this reason at night. If the bank is open then staff is there and can see you. But if it's closed all you have is security cameras. It's just located in a weird place at the drive thru. You will see it if you decide to go there. So I suggest to go during the day time and be aware of your surroundings.
