Oshkosh Community Credit Union in Oshkosh, WI

My wife went to close her accounts because she wasn't using them anymore, she was told that she would have to return any unused checks before they would close them, and if she didn't she would have to pay $35.00, I thought she was joking. I have to tell you I would choose another Bank.

They have the nicest people working there and any problems i have ever had they have been able ro fix them imediately i recomend this bank to everyone i will never switch.

Terrific Bank, very friendly and knowledgeable. And yes I have closed an account there too and was told to bring in any unused checks. This is a safeguard for YOU as well as the bank. Then no one can get their hands on them and write checks in your name giving you a bad credit rating.

The credit union stepped up and worked with us to get the insurance for both Auto and Home, even dropped the check off at our office next day paying premiums in full for one year. That is customer service at its best as these are the little things that make a big difference in life that you don't hear about. Great experience all around helping those in need by finding a way and not turn our backs.
