Friendly customer service and everytime I go there I'm in and out.

Was not a happy camper last Friday. Went to get cash from the atm only to find out it's not working properly. Had to go inside and wait in line. Normally this wouldn't be an issue understanding that it's friday, but 3 tellers on duty and 2 of them were engaged with customers which took forever. The guy in front of me left after waiting in front line for a least 10 minutes. Who knows how long he waited for before he got to the front. I wanted to follow him but didn't. If tellers are to be engaged for that long I would expect some assistance from within management. Yes management. Where the hell was management when an unnecessary long line with plenty of grumbling customers had to suffer through that bullshit. I guess the ones sitting at their desk were too good to lend a hand. Total bullshit. If this can't be resolved, my money as well as others standing in line for a ridiculous amount of time, will be moved out of your establishment. Nuff said.

Very friendly service here no matter who helps you. Quick lines in the drive thru as well.

Usually they are pretty good, but today I went in with a good size bag of coins hoping to use their change machine. They immediately told me their "machine was broken" and refused to exchange my coins. They told me they do not count over $5.00 in coins (I guess that's the highest these airhead dimwits can count!), really pathetic. Then they told me to go to a different branch or to the grocery store next door that charges quite a lot to exchange coins. Pff if they are going to recommend the grocery store they better be prepared to PAY the service charge on that! Bunch of cucks.
