BMO Harris Bank in Oak Creek, WI

The employee are VERY friendly, sincere, and extremely nice at this location. However, the employees are not my problem. My problem is with BMO Harris itself. When BMO Harris bought out M&I they changed everything that I loved about M&I. After being a customer at this location for four years, I am happy to say: I will be taking my money elsewhere. Literally. If BMO Harris offered overdraft protection as a STANDARD feature for the basic checking account AND if they could show me an accurate balance on whatever tool I'm using to look up my balance (whether it be: the BMO app on my phone, the BMO website, or a BMO ATM) then I may have considered staying, but since thats not the case, nor will it ever be the case, I will be going to open up a checking account with Tri-City right up the road.

BMO Harris has many convenient locations, a wide array of banking services and friendly helpful staff. They have now added Android pay and Samsung pay which I appreciate. I consider it an added bonus that they cash in all my coins for no additional fee.
