I still haven't figured out why it takes over 15 minutes to deposit daily funds in the drive through and there is not another customer in line.

Been banking with landmark since 2013 and love it. I needed to cash saving bonds and they were very helpful when other banks suggested calling the U.S. treasury. Yikes.

Left after 12 years here. Allowing customers to rack up 400$ in overdraft fees should be criminal. Especially when they have a balance of 20k in another account.

Service is not good. Most Landmarks are part of a network of credit unions around here that all share services, but not this one. Additionally, wouldn't do a money order or even offer me advice on where else I could go to get one in the area.
