decided to do my first home loan with the bank i have done business with for the last 4 years since i lived here. I have to say very poor communication through the whole process on my mortgage lady, I had to go to my real estate agent to figure out what was going on, so after everything said and done i asked right to their face if they would sell my mortgage and they said "no we don't sell mortgage anymore" so I close on my house 25 days later get a letter in the mail from wells fargo saying welcome to the wells fargo mortgage family. wow do i feel great that i choose to keep my biz with m&I i know it's the business but really don't lie to me next time
