Have been going through them for my banking needs for the past 2 years and have never had a problem. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The location is super convenient for uwm students and faculty.

My credit has been going up quickly since they helped me get a credit card. They are great at explaining finance to the ignorant, and their student card makes it very difficult to get in debt and ruin your credit as long as you have a basic level of financial stability. Not for profit and it shows.

I have been a member of UW credit union since I was in undergrad. At UW Milwaukee the staff are thoughtful and great at their jobs...from car loan, home equity loan to refinancing our house. Howard even notarized our domestic partner paperwork which felt like a really special moment in our lives. They have been with us through it all with great service and good people.

Enjoyed transferring from a credit union in Michigan to this one. As a student, I feel the staff are very attentive to my wife's and my needs and situation. Only real complaint is that the tellers at the front seem very inconvenienced by your presence whenever you want to do something as easy as exchanged bills for coins. Overall, though, the credit union has been great and this location has been conveniently located on campus just steps from class.
