Wells Fargo Bank in Menomonee Falls, WI

Not all branches are created equal. My experience at this branch has been nothing but sensational by comparison to the branch in Mequon. The branch manager is outstanding. I will spare you the details of my issue at the branch, but the net result was completely different. The Mequon branch told me "they have to make money too" and the menomonee falls branch manager called me up on my phone and said he would take care of this issue right away, plus I should call him if this were to happen again. I have been using the branch for about three years and have always had fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a new bank in the area.

Avoid dealing with personal banker Donna Lee at this branch. She doesn't keep promises or commitments she makes with you. Donna is by far the most rude and inconsiderate person I have delt with at Wells Fargo.

I have a mortgage with Wells but I've use a different Federal Bank for checking (for more than two decades.) I called the bank and they will not help me with basic transactions. Very poor and they ensured that I will not come back to this bank.
