This is by far the worst place to do business. At any point you go there they do not know what they are doing! The people are rude. They seem to forget who the customer is and are unwilling to help. Someone needs to change this. I have never been to a bank where they treat you so awful.

I've been a member of focus for years, usually attend the one on 124 and Burleigh and never had an issue with any of the employees, they're all actually quite pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Menomonee falls location is a different story. I've been there a hand full of times and EVERY time everyone there has been beyond rude. I'm disgusted to be a member of a place that hires people who clearly hate their jobs and definitely don't take the time to say hi or bye to the members or make them even feel like "members"..I shouldn't have returned after dealing with the first ridiculous encounter but sadly this location is sometimes more convenient. I guess I'll go the few extra miles to the other location and get treated with respect..
