Very rude people especially mitch disrespectful, just not a nice place to deal with

I would not recommend going to Mertens Garage, Medford, WI for body work. After hitting a deer, it took 33 days to repair, with only one person doing body work. The original estimate of time was two weeks to receive replacement parts and do the repairs.They have no "loaner" cars, but do have rental cars for a high price, plus mileage. Another vehicle repair location would be a better choice.

Finally a dealership that is honest and helpful in our search for a vehicle. Our family has been buying since the '80s. We have never been disappointed by the service.

We were very satisfied with our recent purchase of a new vehicle. Mitch was timely and efficient in getting us just the one we wanted with particular accessories. He made the purchase process simple and was very respectful of our decisions!

We keep going back because the sales team offers a wide variety of knowledge about their vehicles without any pressure to purchase immediately. Today, Anthony and Mitch were able to get us setup with decent interest rates, within minutes, on a Jeep that we hadn't even committed to buying, yet. We were given any and all information that we needed, to make the purchase that we wanted and were comfortable with. When looking to buy a used vehicle, it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about being manipulated or pressured into looking at something new and out of my price range. We purchased our 3rd Jeep today. We're confident that this one will also reach over 200,000 miles. We always enjoy walking into Merten's. The salespeople and serice techs are helpful and friendly. It's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
