Amy Foster - I am so sorry that you were frustrated when your loan was unable to be approved by FHA. As we discussed in great detail, back in 2014 when we worked with you, both over the phone and email, FHA is very specific on their requirements for financing when under 3 years on a foreclosure, and it must have been due to a catastrophic life event. You said it was, that it was due to a job loss. Unfortunately, after our research and verifying, this was not the cause of the foreclosure, and the FHA underwriter was unable to approve your loan file. At that time, I contacted you again, both via email and telephone to explain the situation and told you that you had to wait 8 months before you could purchase. I am happy to hear that you did indeed wait the necessary 8 months and have purchased your home. Our office did nothing wrong, but try to assist you with financing, and did not charge for our many hours of processing work, credit report or appraisal fees. Good luck to you.
