Wells Fargo Bank in Madison, WI

I only used the ATM at this location. I have no complaints

Do not waste your time at this bank. They are HORRIBLE. I would give them negative stars if possible, they don't even deserve the one!!

WORST BANK EVER! They put a hold on a business account without telling me because the check was too large. Everything is effed up now because of them. Why?? Because they didn't think I, the assistant, was old enough to make a deposit for a business even though I've been making deposits for the company for years! I'm 25yrs old- how the hell am I not old enough to hold a job as an assistant and make a deposit for a company??? They'll never tell you the reason, however, or that they're doing it. Even when they can look at the account history and see that the checks have been deposited previously for that amount. They will take your money or hold it from you. DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a bank. This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff, even the branch manager went out of his way to be kind and courteous. If you have banking questions, this is the place to ask them!

Nice people but lack the high standards on how to properly run a bank. If you are a service member I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
