The best customer service experience I've ever had! Seriously, the Joe Long Team went above and beyond. We worked with both Joe and Jed, and they treated us like close friends/family. They were available to answer questions for us any time day or night. In the rare instance they weren't available we received a call/email/text back within 12 hours. They were there for our closing and got us a great gift too. This is a great team with folks who really do care about helping you. If/when we finance again we'll be using Waterstone and the Joe Long Team!

I have worked with the folks from Waterstone on two mortgages and they were fantastic. Although the rates provided by another vendor were slightly lower, we still chose Waterstone. What I liked the most was that our mortgage officer called us, randomly, because he found a way to save us money by refinancing. I strongly recommend Waterstone.
