Do not take out a loan with these guys. All it has been is problems. Switch to my actual bank and haven't had a problem since.

What started out was a great credit union, but don't get into any financial problem as it will bring out the beast in them. The phone calls and nagging do not stop no matter how often a payment is made. Then they do the "if you pay just an extra $55 you will be all caught up" song that really does not apply. Be very careful taking out a loan from these people.

Made extra principal payments as partial prepay ments according to loan documents are all immediately applied to principal. They have refused to apply to principal And h ave taken interest payments 3 x times in one month. Refuse to send any statements even at my request. Actually hang up when I h ave questions regarding no statements etc. Need to be reported and investigated to federal securities commission. No local b ank would ever treat a customer in this way. Will never u se them again and am notify ing car dealer of w h at is going on. So unethical.
