Staff is nice, no problems with customer service. Overdraft's were not supposed to happen, 5 days worth of overdraft after someone online stole my numbers. They removed 3 of them but I had to eat the other 2? That's $70+! after the first time I was told that my account would NEVER overdraft again. Happened 3 more time before I got smart and went to another bank. The bank itself literally stole more than $180 from me with these BULLSHT overdraft fee's after failing to meet their end of the deal. I will never, EVER bank with Guaranty Bank again and I will steer anyone clear of banking with them. Unless all you want is nice people to talk to you at the counter, find another bank and save yourself the huge hassle.
