This bank is a mess. The debt cards they issue are apparently printed very poorly and the ink washes off within a month so you can no longer read the numbers. I had to replace 3 cards in about four months and the staff does not seem to think it is a big deal. I have also had my card declined several times randomly for no apparent reason. When I called the bank they told me I would need to purchase a new card. There have been a number of other problems with them that I will not go into but it has been just frustrating as can be.
