They have been very respectful and helpful. The key is to answer their phone calls, be polite and honest, and keep to your commitments. If something comes up, go ahead and call THEM. I had no problems, once I approached things in this manner. They report promptly to the credit rating agencies as well, which is very helpful.

Very rude! As soon as I called the very rude receptionist decided to talk over me while I was answering her first questions. Just because you may be having a bad day, don't put it out on clients. People call to solve their credit be more professional in this line of work.
