this place is awesome if your not some bum trying to get money from them!!! i just picked up an alienware m11x with i7 cpu and gtx960 for $300!! THAT IS SUPER CHEAP! the ppl complaining about the low offers they get are just not smart enough to understand that obviously they wont pay u what its worth!!! OR THEY WOULDNT MAKE MONEY!!!! THATS WHY ITS A LOAN!!! pay it and get your stuff back!!! the only complaint is the ratty looking girl working there!! she is not professional and has attitude problems!!! not talking about the manager! she is great! i always ask her about buying broken items they may have!

Lady didn't even look at the item I brought in and says "you need a receipt for new in box items" ... all the seals were broken and there was an address written on the inside of the box for a job offer I got. I told her clearly it had been opened and used. Horrible attitude she looked at it for 2 seconds and insulted me with a 10 dollar offer which was completely different from what the girl said earlier when I called. I will never go back.
